From mild aches and pains to debilitating cramps, most of us have learned to just suffer through it and rely on over-the-counter pain relievers to help. With all of the new research on the benefits of CBD, we now have a new ally to help with some of the pain. Here are a few ideas for how to make it a little easier every month.
