A Hempathy Workout Routine For Every Fitness Level

We checked in with our fitness expert, Heather Hoffman (@activationvibration), to get some exercise tips that work for every level. Take a look at a few ways you can get moving.
LOW INTENSITY WORKOUTS
“I like to stretch on a daily basis to open up my body. This leads into dance, and you can dance however you want as long as you keep your body moving. We also often forget to exercise our vocal cords, so I like to sing on a daily basis. It activates the emotional body, throat chakra, and clears any stagnant energy in the system.”
MEDIUM INTENSITY WORKOUTS
“For medium intensity workouts, I begin with 20 minutes of cardio, which includes a combination of running, aerobics, dancing or using the elliptical machine. I follow up with 20 minutes of yoga.”
HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUTS
“My HIIT (High intensity interval training) usually consists of shadow boxing, jumping around, squats, and a repeat of a small circuit I create for myself based on what I'm desiring to tone that day.”
STAYING FLEXIBLE IN YOUR WORKOUTS
“My daily workouts change based on how I’m feeling. Some days I feel like lifting weights and training hardcore to get “apocalypse ready,” and other days I feel like dancing and rolling around my living room. The key is to listen to your body and respond accordingly.”
