You wake up, open your eyes… what’s the first thing you do? Let us guess… do you reach for your phone? Check the news or start mindlessly scrolling Instagram? Do you hit the snooze button and catch just a few more minutes of sleep before rushing out the door?
Your morning routine can set the tone for the rest of the day. We like to start ours with a little self-care, good for the body and the mind. Here’s a Hempathy Morning Ritual to start your day off right!
APPLY: Do you wake up feeling stiff? Everything from our mattress to the position we sleep can cause aches and pains in the morning.
